About Us

Skills for Life supports Young People and Adults with additional needs to develop confidence, independence, and the everyday skills needed for a fulfilling life. This provision focuses on personal development, wellbeing, communication, and social skills, helping individuals to feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.

Skills for Life offers a supportive and inclusive environment where participants are encouraged to grow at their own pace. We recognise that everyone’s journey is different, and our approach is centred around individual strengths, interests, and goals.

What We Offer

What We Do

Participants take part in a range of practical, engaging activities designed to support real-life skills. These may include group work, creative activities, problem-solving tasks, and community-based experiences.

Our team supports individuals to:

  • Strengthen communication and interpersonal skills

  • Develop routines and independence

  • Explore interests and strengths in a safe environment

Progress is celebrated in all its forms, with an emphasis on positive experiences and personal achievement.
