Skills for You supports adults with profound and complex needs to build connections, find their voice, and experience the world through sensory exploration . The achievements we celebrate may look small on the outside, but our approach is centred around the strengths, interests and goals of each individual.

Skills for You offers a supportive and inclusive environment where participants are encouraged to grow at their own pace, and have access to bespoke resources, adaptive equipment and an empowering and enriching community.

What We Offer

Skills for You provides structured yet flexible opportunities that support personal growth and independence, including:

What We Do

Participants take part in a range of practical, engaging activities designed to support real-life skills. These may include group work, creative activities, problem-solving tasks, and community-based experiences.

Our team supports individuals to:

  • Build confidence and self-esteem

  • Strengthen communication and interpersonal skills

  • Develop routines and independence

  • Explore interests and strengths in a safe environment

Progress is celebrated in all its forms, with an emphasis on positive experiences and personal achievement.
